The Senior Living Consultant is responsible for generating community level interest and meeting occupancy and revenue goals in close collaboration with corporate marketing and the community. This position is charged with promoting The Waters to create a positive image with referrals, potential residents and their families. The job requires an experienced and dynamic sales person to develop and implement sales and marketing plans, maintain relationships, generate interest and build waiting lists with exceptional customer service, courtesy and collaboration.
