As part of this role, you will develop, implement, and integrate machine learning models into scalable AI systems. You'll be collaborating with data scientists, developers, and stakeholders to drive AI-driven solutions that will transform how companies harness the power of machine learning. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate scalable machine learning models into production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI integration opportunities.
- Optimize and deploy machine learning models, ensuring they meet performance and scalability standards.
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into solutions.
- Led AI-driven projects from inception to deployment, ensuring the successful integration of ML solutions into various business applications.
- Develop and maintain robust model training, testing, and validation pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI model integration.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying machine learning models with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Experience with MLOps and automating the deployment and monitoring of models in production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on integrating AI solutions into production environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in reinforcement learning or federated learning.
- Prior experience in leading AI/ML projects in a startup environment.
