SCI, the premier search firm in the real estate industry, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for a client in Denver, CO.

This mid-rise class A apartment community is looking for a skilled maintenance professional.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Complete work orders within 24 hours using Yardi.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in apartment maintenance or a related field.
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• EPA Type II preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
• CPO preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
