The Senior Communications Manager will support the Communications Director in the creation of impactful communications and the implementation of global strategies and initiatives that support change management and the ongoing growth of our business. This role sits within Gartner's Global Services and Delivery (GS&D) communications team of our client-facing business unit.
What you'll do:
* Translate strategic and leadership messaging into quality operational content as required by ongoing projects.
* Write, edit and assess the quality of other written materials, providing feedback and guidance to stakeholders when necessary.
* Collaborate across the Global Services and Delivery communications team to identify opportunities for messaging alignment.
* Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high performance, quickly moving, environment.
* Work closely with Operations, Enablement and L&D teams to support change management communications as required.
* Identify bright sports and associate wins to create engaging stories and content in partnership with the India Center of Excellence.
* Work directly with the Executive Services Communications Director to develop an annual content calendar and communications strategy, taking into consideration regional communications activities from the Executive Services Leadership Team.
* Support the Executive Services Communications Director in the development of a tiered support model for the Executive Services Leadership Team, acting as a communications consultant to this audience.
* Lead the development and publication of weekly Executive Technology Services and Executive Business Services newsletters, partnering with Enablement, Operations and L&D teams to collect relevant content.
* Own, manage and enhance the Executive Services intranet presence, working closely with the India Center of Excellence to optimize content.
* Learn, leverage and identify areas for the application of Gartner's Generative AI tools to increase efficiency and optimize Executive Services communications.
Global Services & Delivery (GS&D)-Wide Responsibilities:
* Act as an Intranet Champion and work with the Corporate Communications team to create a strategy to optimize the GS&D intranet presence, ensuring associates have easy access to the tools, information and resource they need to excel in their roles.
* Support global Kick Off and Mid-Year event management activities including attendee communications, portal development, associate registration and associate recognition.
What you'll need
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
* 5-8 years' experience consisting of 2-3 years working on executive communications
* Strong writing skills, great interpersonal skills, creativity, intellectual curiosity.
* Previous media or executive event management experience.
* Must be able to handle change and be comfortable with ambiguity.
* Ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated business acumen with the ability develop and execute strategy.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Eagerness to learn, self-starter with a positive can-do attitude.
* PowerPoint, Excel, Word, web/intranet content management experience.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92,000 USD - 130,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
