These are the products of the hair-obsessed.The role:This position is responsible for the curriculum development of all training modules for internal employees (Global/Region/Local) and those who support the Oribe brand, including but not limited to the brand story, Oribe's points of difference and positioning, how to service and prospect new customers across all channels, hair education and product knowledge.This role will collaborate with the subject matter experts cross-departmentally to develop all modules. The individual in this position will support the Marketing and Product Creation department in the development of the training tools for NPD and inline re-promotes to deliver to all Regions. This person will work with the Delivery teams to solicit feedback and ensure all modules are made fit for use for the local markets.At Oribe, we offer amazing benefits that are available to you on your first day of employment (healthcare, 401(k) plus company match, etc.), 36 total days off (vacation + holidays + sick) and a reasonable salary range of $120,000 - $140,000.What you will do:
  • Lead the development of all curricula and supporting assets (inclusive of train-the-trainer guides) for all Oribe Design capability training modules for internal employees across Global/Region/Local
  • Ensure training modules are tied to Global and Regional business strategies
  • Consult with subject matter experts on Design and Delivery teams to develop curricula
  • Ensure the implementation and delivery of capability programs
  • Work with Delivery teams on the localization of curriculum where needed
  • Facilitate capability trainings as needed
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with the Delivery teams and develop a feedback mechanism to ensure training content and assets meet the needs of all Regions and Local markets
  • Continuously work with the Delivery Teams, to identify, monitor and share trends/opportunities to enhance trainings to meet evolving business requirements related to the Oribe brand equity
  • Support the Oribe Design Marketing, Product Creation and Education teams to develop training materials and assets for all NPD and in-line re-promotes
  • Provide strategic insight gained from the Delivery teams to support cross-functional teammates as they develop various Design initiatives
  • Stay connected to the industry and related capability and talent development events and programs to ensure the infusion of state-of-the-art innovation and tools into the existing training programs
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Business, Organization Design, Management or related field experience preferred
  • Mac proficient and familiarity with MS Suite, Adobe CS, Asana (preferred) and general comfort with new programs
  • 10+ years of proven success and experience in capability development and/or adult learning
  • Knowledge, experience, and proven track record in the beauty industry (in diverse roles)
  • Brand experience at the global level preferred
  • An eye for design and luxury aesthetic
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Confident leadership and communication skills
  • Team player and able to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong learner with a high curious and innovative mindset
  • Strategic thinker and problem-solver
