Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to join our Events & Field Marketing team as the Field Marketing Manager to take the lead in expanding Workato's field activities across North America. You will be a critical contributor, working cross-functionally with multiple teams to develop our go-to-market strategy and execute campaigns to generate and accelerate the sales pipeline.
Preferred location: San Francisco, New York, or Boston.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:
* Own and build the overall field marketing program for North America.
* Ability to identify and curate unique geographically focused campaigns and activities for different cities.
* Establish and refine repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for regional events.
* Responsible for tracking and reporting program results while closely monitoring event KPIs, lead flow, pipeline creation, and ROI.
* Partner closely with revenue leaders, sales representatives, and Demand Gen to align on programs and support the team pipeline and revenue goals
* Collaborate closely with your Events & Field marketing team members to align on events planning and segment strategy.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
* At least 6+ years of field marketing experience and/or account-based marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
* Preferably experience in marketing to IT, Revenue Operations, Finance, HR persona
* Ability to manage and scale a portfolio of multiple campaigns simultaneously while balancing tight timelines
* A self-starter with high autonomy, strong project management skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to change with an exceptional level of attention to detail
* Ability to travel up to 30% when travel permits
* Direct experience adapting product marketing messages and growth campaigns for specified personas/territories, project managing integrated campaigns, and providing follow-up support to sales
* Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and other MarTech is preferred
For California applicants, the pay for this role begins at $120,000 plus benefits, perks, and equity.
