This role can be based in either New York City NY, Chicago IL, San Francisco CA, Sunnyvale CA, or Omaha NE.The Senior Manager of GTM Planning & Performance will lead a highly visible team, working directly with Sales, Sales Ops, and FP&A executives to deliver our global top-down financial planning, forecasting, and ongoing business performance reporting for our Sales Solutions business. This team is expected to be thought leaders on the trajectory of the business, interact with LinkedIn's most senior business leaders, and become impactful operators within LinkedIn. Early priorities for this leader will include building upon our top-down forecasting process and focusing on further evolving our predictive methodologies and approaches for both planning and forecasting.The ideal candidate will have extensive financial modeling experience and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be expected to build a deep and thorough understanding of the LinkedIn Sales Solutions (“LSS”) business and its KPIs/business drivers and leverage that to shape business performance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with all levels and functions, including Executive Management, FP&A, Biz Ops, and Sales Ops leaders and colleagues. They will need to effectively collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders and job functions across all geographies in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
