Title: Healthcare Transaction – Senior Manager
Salary: $200,000 – $240,000 +Bonus
Location: New York, NY
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on Healthcare transaction execution
- Engage in client activity on Financial Due Diligence
- Understanding and experience in all aspects of FDD including but not limited to: Financial Statements, Revenue and Profitability, Working Capital, Cash Flow. Debt, Quality of Earnings, Tax Review, Internal Controls and Governance & Risk
- Work on the buy-side and sell-side of Healthcare M&A Deals
- Focus on the Healthcare industry in the short/long term
- Participate in business development efforts and bring in M&A Advisory engagements
- Partner with Healthcare organizations on potential acquisitions, mergers and divestitures
- Source deals and bring on new deals with limited supervision
- Develop, foster and nurture Healthcare industry relationships, both existing relationships as well as new industry relationships
- Healthcare M&A experience is a must with a track record of Healthcare deal execution
- Nice to have - 50 M&A deals worked on in your career
Requirements:
- BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
- Anywhere around or above 8 yrs of relevant experience, primarily in Healthcare M&A with possible Audit Background, Big Four experience is a plus or Tier 2 (“Big 10”)
- STRONG Healthcare M&A Exp is a must from buy-side & sell side
- Must have executed several Healthcare Transactions in their career
- Experience and understanding of – Audit and Healthcare Transaction Advisory Services
- Open to travel as needed by clients, up to 25%
- Must have a track record of leading teams and client engagements 6+ yrs of FDD experience is ideal
