Located in the city with a hybrid environment (2x/week onsite), I'm partnering with a long-time client where I've placed the hiring manager for this position along with their Head of Technical Accounting, Head of SEC Reporting, and others within Treasury and Controllership, so I know them well.We are targeting a sitting Manager who is ready to step into a Senior Manager role. The ideal background is someone who has made Senior/Manager in public accounting and has been in industry for 1-2 years.This role will help the Senior Director build out world-class processes, so we need someone strong in cross-functional collaboration and driving transformational change.This is a role best for someone looking for career growth and advancement, as it will be a feeder into other parts of the business.
