Seeking a well-organized and professional individual to work in Ohel's Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program (PSR) as a Senior Manager. PSR is part of Ohel's Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS), which provides mental health treatment and ancillary support to children ages 0-21 and their caregivers. The Senior Manager- PSR Children is responsible for overseeing, and reviewing work of direct care providers and provides staff training and assistance in development of appropriate treatment goals and interventions. The Senior Manager works as member of a multidisciplinary team and facilitates collaboration with other CFTSS services. Candidate should be a strong communicator, have excellent writing and computer skills, and possess leadership abilities. Licensure in a mental health profession required with experience working with mental health challenges faced by children and families. Management experience preferred.
