A globally recognized architecture firm renowned for its notable projects is actively seeking a Senior Manager for their growing analytics team. With a team largely comprising architects, they focus on creating sustainable, impactful designs.

The Role- Senior Manager of Analytics

In this role, you will leverage advanced SQL skills and financial analytics expertise to drive insights and decision-making within a prominent architecture firm. As the Senior Manager of Analytics, you'll oversee analytics functions, handling raw data, building dashboards, and providing key financial insights. Collaborating with finance, design, and executive teams, you'll shape strategies that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements, timelines, and specifications, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Utilize SQL to analyze complex financial data and create impactful dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
• Assess the financial implications of data findings and communicate these insights to leadership.
• Conduct research to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and product innovations.
• Prioritize features based on a clear understanding of business needs and market demands.
• Address technical challenges promptly, working with teams to deliver robust, timely analytics solutions.
• Monitor analytics performance and user feedback to drive iterative improvements.
• Act as a liaison between analytics and other departments, conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's in a relevant field; advanced SQL proficiency required.
• Proven experience in finance-focused analytics roles, with a strong track record in project management.
• Analytical skills to manage complex financial data; experience with unstructured environments is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, especially with senior executives.
