- Lead the strategic direction and execution of all enterprise application solutions, including hands-on involvement in implementations, troubleshooting, and technical oversight.
- Manage a team of database developers, analysts, application managers, and integrators that support all enterprise-wide applications.
- Take ownership of both the high-level planning and hands-on execution of application implementations, ensuring smooth development and integration through direct technical involvement.
- Responsible for implementing and overseeing all enterprise application activities, including working with top executives to determine strategic direction, providing oversight, and daily tactical support related to all enterprise applications.
- Produce project timelines for all application implementations, updates, releases, and implement effective project control by monitoring the progress of all software releases and reporting statuses to senior management.
- Sustain Information Technology application results by defining, delivering, and supporting Information Technology solutions.
- Evaluate the functionality of systems and make recommendations on enterprise applications that drive Harvey Performance Company.
- Provide user training, support, advice, and feedback programs.
- Own all upgrades, testing, evaluation, and modifications of enterprise applications to ensure they are operating reliably and as designed.
- Prepare documentation for all process flows, business processes, data objects, and database architecture.
- Own all application implementations, developments, coordination, planning, management, and execution of new software solutions and processes for our enterprise.
- Own, write, manage, and support all B2B/B2C integrations and all ETL processes using solutions like SSIS and EDI.
- Design, test, and troubleshoot business reporting for end-users in Tableau, Microsoft Reporting Services, and other reporting tools.
YOU'LL BRING:
- 9+ years of Enterprise Applications experience, including System Analysis, Design, Procurement, Testing, Implementation, Documentation, Vendor Management, and License Management.
- 5+ years of experience with ERP software.
- 3+ years of experience leading a technical team, providing significant technical and non-technical mentorship.
- Proven ability to lead a team while also engaging in the technical details, from coding to implementation, to ensure the enterprise applications roadmap is executed flawlessly.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects serving multiple functional areas of our organization and executive sponsors.
- Full understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and managing complex enterprise applications, including using Jira (or similar tools) and agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to middleware, reporting, and modern user interface (UI) tools and technologies.
- Demonstrable knowledge in technologies such as SQL queries, automation, and scripting.
- Experience participating in or leading governance committees.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of complex data and distill it down to provide timely insights and actionable business intelligence.
- Able to apply business acumen to focus on key success factors for the organization.
- Ability to maintain steady leadership throughout aggressive deadlines, changing priorities, and evolving operations.
