Our Digital Technology (Digital) organization ensures that RTX teams across the globe can communicate, collaborate, and innovate for customer success. As a Raytheon Digital Technology Program Digital Services (PDS) Systems Administration Manager, you will collaborate and partner with a diverse cross-section of Digital, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Program Leadership partners, in support of the Naval Power (NP) Strategic Business Unit. In this role the leader will be responsible for leading a team consisting of approximately (19) nineteen system administrators to enable program execution across multiple security domains. The leader will establish a vision, set direction, develop, and motivate high-performing technical professionals to deliver business value and results.
