They are a dynamic, fast-paced environment (while not burning their people out) and entrepreneurial in nature.The role is a mix of consulting and compliance and is looking for someone who likes to BUILD/CREATE processes, as you won't be handed a playbook on day 1.We are targeting forward-looking, strategic players who understand how to partner across the business while making sure to stay compliant and diligent.Ideal background is 10-15+ years experience within a Real Estate (or PE-Backed) environment, leading their tax function.
