You will be a key player in marketing, networking, andbusiness development within your area of expertise, while staying ahead of potential changes in taxpolicy.Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on state and local tax matters, helping clients navigate complex taxlandscapes. Conduct thorough research and analysis to recommend effective tax strategies. Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax projects, meeting all deadlines andmaintaining high attention to detail. Engage in marketing and networking activities to expand our client base and enhance ourservice offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contacton assigned engagements.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (master's in accounting/Taxation or J.D.preferred) CPA or other relevant certification (preferred) 8+ years in state and local/multistate tax, with experience in supervising tax professionalsand preparing/reviewing tax provisions. Advanced knowledge of tax standards and applications Excellent oral and written communication Strong analytical and research abilities Superior organizational skills with a focus on detail and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and ExcelWhat We Offer: A competitive and equitable workplace.
