CVS Media Exchange (CMX) is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.

Position: Senior Manager, Offsite & Self-Service

This pivotal role involves implementing a self-service solution for CMX with cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Engineering, and Data Science. This position requires an experienced individual with a proven track record in programmatic media, self-service solutions, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Self-Service Implementation: Engage with key partners to develop strategy cross-functionally. Project manage all tasks of implementation, regularly communicating status.
• Data Analysis: Oversee success of self-service implementation, regularly monitoring performance. Track and be accountable to KPIs such as adoption, net new advertisers, revenue, performance.
• Ownership of Self-service Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for self-service, aligning with overall business strategy and objectives. Prioritize features and enhancements based on value and customer impact.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Engineering, and Data Science to gather input and ensure alignment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to self-service platforms and tools. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in programmatic media and self-service DSPs.
• 3+ years experience in product strategy or project management.
• 3+ years experience in conducting data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of programmatic media.
• Proven experience with self-service platforms, ad tech, and programmatic integrations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team and across functions.
• Interpersonal skills as well as strong initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work both independently within a customer-service oriented environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 yrs experience) Required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $86,700.00 - $190,700.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
