Job Title: Senior Manager - Omnichannel Location: Danbury, CT [Hybrid Model] Role Type: Fulltime Permanent Experience: 8+ Years Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Omnichannel to join our team in Danbury, CT. This full-time permanent role operates on a hybrid model, offering the opportunity to lead and manage omnichannel projects while interfacing with key stakeholders across IT and business units. Key Responsibilities:
  • Omnichannel Project Management: Lead and manage omnichannel projects, providing consultation, configuration, data analysis, and conducting UAT with business teams. Ensure quality, efficient, and on-time completion of projects.
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze and validate omnichannel data, capture requirements, facilitate solutioning, and interface with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Testing Support: Execute training for business and testing teams performing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication of project status with senior associates, managers, and clients.
  • Training & Development: Provide training to business teams and other stakeholders as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills (Technical):
  • Omnichannel Experience: Extensive experience in managing omnichannel environments, including project management and consultation.
  • Data Analysis & Configuration: Strong skills in data analysis and configuration within omnichannel projects.
  • UAT & SIT Execution: Experience in conducting UAT and supporting SIT, with the ability to train business teams effectively.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Proficiency in communicating with senior associates, managers, and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Training & Development: Capability to train business teams and stakeholders on new products and processes.
  • Veeva & Snowflake Experience: Experience with Veeva and Snowflake is a plus.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
