We are currently seeking a Operations Finance Manager who will be responsible for driving significant impact to the organization.
What we'll get you doing:
* Create the forecast for Operations including Operating Expenses as well as the Other Cost of Sales (input into HFM)
* Calculate/verify NPVs of future projects as well as organize capital projects in order of importance and feasibility
* Prepare actual vs. plan (budget) analysis. Prepare various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense information for various customers as needed for management decision making support
* Create Bowler's to improve the productivity of Operations (i.e., activity/absorption as well as reducing the PDBL/Cost of Quality)
* Build annual standard costs in AX with Operations / Finance Approval and build a margin model to show viability of the company's growth for the future year
The essential requirements of the role include:
* Bachelor's degree in related field with a with 9+ years experience OR with Master's degree in field with 5+ years experience OR Doctoral degree with 4+ years experience
* Responsibility in two or more of a procurement/cost accounting/FP&A functions within a manufacturing environment of $30 to $50M of the cost of goods manufactured
* Experience with partnering with Operations/Supply Chain Leaders
* Desired software expertise-Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, and Onestream
* Strong Excel modeling skills, including experience with V-lookups, Pivot tables, and some macro experience.
The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $146,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
