About the RoleThe Senior Manager, Paid Search is a lead role meant for a paid search wizard who excels in optimizing digital ad campaigns and driving strategic initiatives. This individual craves working at the intersection of paid search execution and account management. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to drive improvements in paid search account performance, possesses a talent for crafting innovative strategies, as well as leading and managing key accounts. Client & Team Revenue Oversight:
  • Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead to manage 2-5 Media.Monks clients
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management, analysis, and optimizations
  • Revenue & retention responsibilities for team accounts
  • Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications
  • Work with the team to drive paid search account strategy, forecasting, and planning
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs
  • Create and deliver quarterly performance reviews for your direct reports
  • Run weekly team meetings to track progress toward client & team goals
Paid Search & Process:
  • Build, launch, and continuously monitor/optimize Google, Bing, and other Paid Search ad campaigns in the platform to client-driven KPIs such as CPL, MQL, SAL, CAC, ROAS, Opportunity Win Rate, etc.
  • Lead budget pacing and optimization implementation
  • Assist in forecasting, budget planning, and product mix allocation
  • Develop, create, and launch robust testing plans
  • Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results for clients
  • Assist with and run advanced training on new features and services
  • Create best practices, and assist in developing process documents
ABOUT YOUQualifications:
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Performance Max.
  • Minimum of 4 years in direct paid search client management, including paid search strategy development, execution & client relationship management.
  • Strong focus on project management, attention to detail, and effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution & alternative measurement methodologies.
  • Experience working with additional analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with optimizations based on offline conversion tracking.
  • Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data, and navigating spreadsheets.
  • Ability to be persuasive when discussing paid search performance with clients and your team.
  • 'Driven' and 'Innovative' attributes commonly associated with you.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
Not a must, but a plus:
  • Previous experience assisting B2B clients is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing budgets ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 per month.
  • Experience managing app campaigns and demand generation campaigns.
  • Experience with SA360 is a plus.
