Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Digital Product Experience. The role is based in New Brunswick, NJ. We may consider qualified remote candidates.

The Senior Manager, Digital Product Experience Lead will report into the Director, Digital Product Owner and be responsible for optimizing JNJ.com for traffic, usability and user experience. By forging productive relationships with key global stakeholders and using data analytics, this individual will drive design and user journey strategies and modifications for the site. Additionally, the Digital Product Experience Lead will partner closely with the site editorial teams and global partners to create and maintain an efficient content management system to ensure a positive experience for the user and the publishers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and continuously evolve the user experience across the J&J global digital ecosystem.
  • Be an active and strong advocate for applying user-centered practices across the organization including UX.
  • Develop and implement a system for utilizing JnJ.com content across the global digital ecosystem and a solid strategy for repurposing content.
  • Partner closely with the brand team, SEO, stakeholders, marketers, and XD to evolve and transform our product operating model.
  • Consult web analytics data to drive and validate improvements to the user experience and maintain a strong content management system.
  • Establish new processes to ensure content management system integrity and appropriate access controls.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as content creators, designers, business leaders, and development teams to ensure effective use of the CMS and identify ways to improve the front end and back end digital experience.
  • Maintain the governance of content lifecycle management.
  • Stay informed with industry trends and best practices with UI, CMS technology, and digital content management.
  • Engage and collaborate with technology counterparts to ensure successful testing of all system updates, upgrades, launches, enhancements, and system integrations.
  • Ensure adherence to accessibility and usability guidelines for all websites.
  • Execute project-based activities and meet deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot and test all initiatives developed to ensure compatibility and accuracy of development. Manage launch plans of initiatives.
  • Partake in strategy meetings to advise on future plans and future projects as they fit within the company's marketing technology strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university.
  • A minimum of 8 years in digital operations and user experience management.
  • Strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects across digital media concurrently for the business.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media delivery platforms including intranet, external websites, search and SEO strategies, web video, digital advertising, paid and organic search initiatives, web accessibility considerations, and mobile applications for the business.
  • Ability to work independently and lead project initiatives and project teams.
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent strategic digital projects.
  • Strategize with internal customers to identify their needs and advise on the marketing technology that would be the best solution to meet their time/budget/communication needs.
  • Ability to reason logically and creatively, identifying problems, drawing valid conclusions from the data available, and developing effective solutions while applying creative thinking in the design and development of high performing web applications.
  • Understanding of the impact of changes to editor workflows and the experience working with web operations to ensure changes are appropriately documented and optimized for workflow efficiencies.
  • Experience with content taxonomy, structured content, and content relationships.
  • Analytical ability to assess and resolve multi-faceted and complicated communication and design issues.
  • Desire to stay ahead of the trends and ability to research and apply emerging technologies.
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated.
Salary

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

The base pay range for this position is $118,000 - $203,550 USD.

Bonus

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year.

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year.
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
