Our mission is to leverage our data, health system partnerships, technology, and people to improve human health through the generation of high-quality and robust RWE.What you will do:As the Sr. Manager of Product Development for EMR Real World Data, you will lead the strategic development and management of our EMR-based real-world data (RWD) products. You will be responsible for integrating our EMR data with various other data types, creating comprehensive, multi-dimensional datasets that deliver unparalleled insights for healthcare research. You will also drive the linkage between EMR and other data sources, ensuring that our offerings meet the evolving needs of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. This hire will play a vital role in meeting the demands of our growing business that leverages data from our federated electronic health record (EHR) sources, healthcare claims, and various other sources to support industry-sponsored R&D and RWE studies, related services, and project engagements. The Manager will provide EMR data expertise to the Research and Data Solutions team consisting of the VP, Directors, Managers, Project Managers, and Analysts to provide our clients with fit-for-purpose real-world data (RWD) to drive their development plans and strategies.The primary role of the Sr. Manager, Product Development is to understand client research objectives and requirements to spearhead multidisciplinary EMR data projects and services to our pharma, biotech, CRO, regulatory agency, and other TriNetX clients. The Manager will collaborate with the TriNetX Data, Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, and Healthcare Organization teams in addition to outside data and technology partners to develop and implement EMR-focused data solutions that leverage the use of clinical data, inclusive of operational delivery model and data flow development, and generation of data access and analysis requirements (data selection, collection, curation) with corresponding technology selections required to deliver in alignment with client's data requirements to meet their study objectives.The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the use of RWD to inform drug development, drug approvals, HEOR, epidemiology, market access, and other commercial research with an innovative yet clinically sound mindset for EMR data applicability within these markets. Experience and knowledge of EMR/EHR, data tokenization/linkage, and customized data deliverables is key to this role.What you will be doing at TriNetX:
