ID.me's most recent round brings the total investment in ID.me to over $275 million since its founding in 2010.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Manager Product Operations - Marketplaces who will lead the operations to run ID.me Marketplaces. This leader will be responsible for operationalizing ads and merchandised recommendations across website and emails. This leader will also be responsible for maintaining the Marketplaces catalog and store information.ResponsibilitiesEnsures a high level of throughput and scalability by laying down clear playbooksFocuses on efficiency using automation tools and Gen AIEnsure thorough launch review and QA processes to reduce bad user experiencesHires the bestDiagnose problems using First-Principles thinkingDefine Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for your operational areasWrite high quality, detailed requirements documentsDevelop a program plan that incorporates interdependencies between functional areasOperates a high-performance organization.
