It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments.Our team includes the US Consumer Services Cross Platform Delivery team, which is the strategic technology capability responsible for planning and delivering technical products to market at scale, across platforms, delivery teams and external partners.The Senior Manager – Program Management, will help us to move faster by identifying, driving and owning USCS and EDD Tech strategic initiatives that will accelerate our success. We wake up thinking, “how can we move from good to phenomenal; what systems, processes, tools or technology will drive our efficiency at scale?” We consistently seek to improve and innovate. We lead engineering programs and liaise with partners across the organizationKey responsibilities include: Be the 'go getter' for USCS and EDD Tech, working with stakeholders across Technology to drive strategic programsLead efforts to progress key initiatives in the USCS and EDD Tech organization's Technology StrategyCollaborate and engage with a diverse set of stakeholders (Technology, Product, Business stakeholders, Privacy, Risk, and others) to spearhead strategic initiativesDevelop multi-year plan and roadmap, with emphasis and urgency on iterative delivery and milestones Implement roadmaps, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, incorporating lessons learned from the past Monitor progress against key milestones and risks, and provide regular updates to senior leadershipFacilitate communication between project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectivesLead Tech discussions on project plans to ensure alignments across teams Communicate scope change, resourcing, and financial implications to senior management in a clear and timely mannerHelp manage a budget within Technology space across multiple teams. Familiar with both colleague and contractor / vendor resourcing budgetingFoster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to support project successIdentify and address any potential operational risks and controls and work with impacted teams for remediation and reportingIdentify opportunities for process improvement and innovation and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectivenessEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulationsMaintain positive demeanor and “can do” attitude, all while having fun! Qualification Requirements: Proven experience in program management: attention to detail along with ability to keep the big picture in perspective, both proactive and adaptable, ready, and willing to handle challengesStrong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder engagementNavigating through uncertainty and overcoming obstacles - demonstrate resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environmentExceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to create materials to communicate at senior levels concisely, clearly, and consistentlyAnalytical mindset with the ability to simplify and solve complex problems and make data-driven decisionsProficiency in project management software and tools, with a solid understanding of technology integrationPreferred experience in partner integrations and M&A management Track-record of driving strategic roadmaps – from vision to detailed executionEntrepreneur/Founder mindset in understanding and deciphering the industry-trends Proven ability to manage multiple demands successfully within a matrixed organization. Team player comfortable working collaboratively to resolve challenges in a demanding environment. 4+ years of experience with significant project management experience required. Consulting experience preferred.Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field. QualificationsSalary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
