We are currently searching for a Senior Finance Manager to manage one of Healthcare's largest clients. This role will work from a remote home. The ideal candidate residing near a major airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, reconciliation, and management of purchase activities for assigned client portfolios, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Review, monitor, conduct monthly analysis and report financial performance to budget/forecast of assigned book of business to various stakeholders.
  • Apply advanced analytical skills to perform detailed financial analysis, supporting decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Leverage automation tools and technologies to streamline financial processes and reporting, driving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Engage and influence internal and external senior executives, providing financial insights and pushing back when necessary to ensure the best outcomes for the business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with National Account Executives (NAE), Regional Account Managers, corporate finance, and external clients, ensuring alignment and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Manage directly and indirectly a team through mentorship, training and support, fostering a leadership style that encourages accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Direct management of Sr. Financial Analyst assigned to the account.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality improvement.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to both internal and external clients, managing conflicting needs and requirements with diplomacy and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Excel, with a preference for advanced formulas such as INDEX MATCH, SUMIF, and array formulas, to build complex financial models and reports.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (MBA preferred), plus 3-5 years relevant work experience.
  • Experience and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls.
  • GPO experience highly desired.
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, modeling) required, and Access database knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability for assigned book of business. Ensure adherence to stipulated contractual requirements. Solid attention to accuracy and details.
  • Excellent and effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in the face of multiple project demands.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Strengths in problem solving, issue resolution, root cause analysis and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with an awareness of proactive methodologies.
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on delivering exemplary customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment towards successful establishment of set goals and objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal leadership skills and ability to commit, influence, and motivate across the matrix organizational structure.
  • Conflict management skills including the ability to work with and resolve conflicting needs and requirements.
