The Role
In this role, you will focus on driving strategic leadership across social through the development and execution of a social media strategy that elevates our brand presence, engages our audience and drives brand awareness, consideration and conversion. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms and the ability to lead a team in creating compelling content that resonates with target audiences. The ideal candidate for this position will have luxury retail experience across fashion as well as strong communication and organization skills with a passion for trends and culture.
The Responsibilities
* Develop and implements social media strategies aligned to marketing objectives and business goals with specific plans and guidelines for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok
* Develop national influencer and creator marketing strategies and oversee briefing and development of influencer assets
* Implement a reporting cadence and guidelines to track and analyze social media performance metrics while using data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate impact to business
* Work with Director, Customer Experience and Content Strategy to forecast and maintain annual budgets
* Oversee the creation of platform specific content in collaboration with our creative agency while ensuring content is elevated and aligns to the overarching brand strategy and channel guidelines
* Design and executes innovative campaigns for product launches, events, promotions and evergreen activations for existing and emerging channels
* Lead communications with Paid Media, Go-To-Market, PR, Events, Activations and creative teams to ensure consistency and alignment across social media content.
* Establish content strategies and guidelines providing central, paid and organic teams with clear strategic direction to produce and implement premium and impactful social assets
The Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing
* Able to demonstrate outstanding Marketing skills and potential developed within Consumer Goods and/or Retail environments
* Strong knowledge for Microsoft Excel
* Strong analytical skills as well as communication and presentation skills required
* Superior project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Must be a creative thinker, self-starter, problem solver and resourceful
* Must demonstrate passion, energy, and high integrity
