We are looking to build on this foundation and bring in the next seasoned Client Success Manager to join our Growth, Expansion, and Operations team!

How will you contribute to the success of the team?

Be a Trusted Advisor to our most strategic clients with a mix of subject matter expertise across our product portfolio and a comprehensive understanding for the customer's industry, enterprise technology landscape, and customer engagement. Build deep and meaningful client relationships that enable us to be the premier and preferred partner while maximizing value for our clients and business. Manage the development and improvement of new or existing Client Success tools, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on business requirements and ROI. Understand operational Key Performance Indicators for book of business, while identifying trends and creating plans of action to prevent poor client performance using data. Create and actively manage a sales pipeline of opportunities within your client book of business to meet or exceed revenue goals. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities of growth within the broader Walmart Ecosystem and champion product fit with internal teams to grow client partnerships. Understand retail/LMD best practices and provide consultative services to clients while driving growth and adoption through the sales, onboarding, and client success journey. This role will manage our most complex and strategic partnerships, requiring extensive cross-team collaboration, creative problem solving, advocacy, program management, and data-driven decision making.

What makes you a strong candidate?

  • 5+ years of Fortune 500 strategic client success or relationship-based account management which includes responsibility for operational, tech, and sales components.
  • Must be comfortable analyzing large amounts of data across several systems to identify issues and correlations.
  • Create concise internal and external sales decks that effectively communicate complex ideas in a visually appealing way.
  • Comfortable managing C-Suite relationships and presentations.
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations with empathy while creating impactful problem statements and themes for solutioning.
  • Ability to adapt to constant change and discipline to work autonomously when given direction to work towards an end goal.
  • Salesforce experience managing a partnership pipeline.
  • Comfortable editing and creating Tableau dashboards.
  • Consulting experience.
  • Consultative Selling Experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment.
  • Experience quantifying and communicating ROI.
  • Negotiation Mastery.

Pay range and compensation package

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Dallas, Texas US-09648/Austin, Texas US-10255/Atlanta, Georgia US-11074: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses.
