Responsibilities

• In partnership with the head of Visual Merchandising, create global window direction for wholesale, full-price, and outlet locations.
• Concept all pop-ups and wholesale activations
• Support head office with any showroom, marketing, or PR events
• Request and manage all store printed and digital collateral
• Manage creation and distribution of all VM tools and assets
• Visit stores regularly to support with installations and activations
• Manage display budget and vendor payment portal
• Maintain existing and develop new vendor relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of multi-store Visual Merchandising window experience
• Ability to travel 30% of the time
• Department developmental skills (organizational, leadership, training)
• Ability to organize, multi-task, and quickly manage large and diverse workloads with changing deadlines and priorities
• Team player with the ability to lead and work autonomously and nimbly
• Flexible schedule
• Great communication skills

Salary: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00
