- Leading the Global Workplace team: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of workplace professionals across multiple locations, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Strategic planning and execution: Develop and implement global workplace strategies that align with company goals, enhance employee experience, and support our growth.
- Operational excellence: Oversee all aspects of workplace operations, including facilities management, space planning, and health and safety compliance across all offices.
- Vendor and budget management: Manage global vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the workplace budget to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver integrated solutions that improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Change management: Lead workplace projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to employees.
- Data-driven decision-making: Utilize analytics and employee feedback to inform workplace improvements and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Managing our Raleigh office: In addition to leading the global Workplace team, you will serve as the on-site lead for our Raleigh office, ensuring smooth daily operations, facilities management, and a positive employee experience. You will be expected to be present onsite regularly to oversee local operations.
You have:
- 7+ years of experience in workplace management, facilities management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams across multiple locations.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing global workplace strategies that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Experience with budget management, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
- Strong background in vendor management and contract negotiations on a global scale.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements in multiple regions.
- Proficiency in space planning software and workplace technology solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Experience managing both local and global operations, with the ability to be present onsite at the Raleigh office while effectively leading a global team across multiple locations.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- Within your first month, you will have met with key stakeholders, assessed the current state of global workplace operations, and begun building relationships with your team members.
- By your third month, you will have developed a comprehensive global workplace strategy and begun implementing initial initiatives to improve operations and employee experience.
- By your sixth month, you will have successfully executed significant Workplace projects, demonstrated measurable improvements in operational efficiency and employee satisfaction, and established yourself as a trusted leader within Collibra.
Compensation for this roleThe standard base salary range for this position is $128,000 - $150,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation.
