Come be a part of a winning team where your opinions matter. Underground Utility/WWTP contractor seeks to invite a Sr Project Manager/Area Manager to join their dynamic team! A qualified person for this position will have 10+ years of experience in Treatment Plant, and Pump Station construction. This position is office-based with limited regional travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Waste Water, Underground Construction in Treatment Plants, Underground (Sewer, Water, Storm Drains), and Pump Stations
• BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering (or related field), or equivalent experience required
• Proven experience in managing projects in the $10M- $100M+ range from beginning to end
• Experience in managing self-perform forces in WTP/WWTP & underground utilities

Responsibilities

• As the Area Manager, you'll be responsible for the complete execution of various projects such as Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants, Pump Stations and Underground Utilities.
• You will manage a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and associated field management.
• You will be responsible for managing subordinates and subcontractors.
• The Sr Project Manager/Area Manager position's accountability includes, but is not limited to: Pre-construction, Project Set-up, Project Cost-Control, Scheduling, Complete Project Oversight, Safety and Profit & Loss.
