Your role:
Leading the transition of products from development to mass production by collaborating with vendors, enhancing manufacturing processes, driving cost-saving initiatives, and supporting new product and software releases.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and external vendors to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
Hands-on experience with process improvement and test development in a fast-paced environment, with potential for cross-functional growth.
Onsite role based in Reedsville, PA.
You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 5+ years of experience in product industrialization, manufacturing, or test engineering, with a focus on production line optimization and managing supplier relationships.
Your skills include familiarity with FDA or regulated environment documentation.
Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a focus on process improvement.
Familiarity with coding language basics
You have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, computer science, or related field.

The ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 4 weeks of travel per year may be required).
