In this Role, you'll get to
* Main operational duty - Manage the campaign page and module set-up
* Refresh creative assets (banners, modules, promo code, marketing designs for social media channel)
* Suggest and create localized, relevant, and up-to-date content
* Regularly monitor ad delivery & troubleshoot any issues before, during and after the campaign
* Cross-team communication with the relevant product teams, design team & HQ teams
* Support cross-market operation duty when it's required
* Be able to analyze, track, and report the campaign performance and give insightful suggestions to improve the campaign strategies and product resources.
* Operate CRM requirements and handle social media channel maintenance
* Support, write, and publish SEO content to boost campaigns
* Provide regional market intelligence to the reporting office in Thailand to influence global product and marketing direction.
* Develop, maintain, and execute strategic partnerships with regional airlines, Shotels, influencers and other business development partners for joint promotions.
* Work closely with Trip's global offices to collaborate on marketing or merchandising campaigns
* Support corporate business development in the region, including collaboration with HQ legal, HR, and admin functions.
What you'll Need to Succeed
* English proficiency and good communication skills is a must
* Business travel is required
* 3+ years of working experience, with 1-2 years in travel industry in local region; managerial experience a plus
* Can-do attitude and willing to learn new OTA global strategies
* Familiar with travel products that will meet the target market customer behavior and preferences.
