In this Role, you'll get to
* To strategize, plan, execute and oversee performance of social media channels and CRM (App push, EDM, etc.) of the local region and achieve sales targets
* Suggest and create localized, relevant, and up-to-date content that resonates with the target audience, driving engagement and awareness
* Curate, maintain, and manage channel activities & content series to keep the brand active & significant
* Be able to analyze, track, and report the channel performance and give insightful suggestions to improve the channel strategies and product resources
* Conduct market and competitive digital research to identify trends, partners, opportunities, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition
* Spearhead lead-generation projects & campaigns to support new user acquisition
* Set and achieve targets to increase social media followers and channel subscribers
What you'll Need to Succeed
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related field
* Minimum of 3+ years of working experience, with 1-2 years of social media and CRM management
* English proficiency and good communication skills to be able to collaborate with global stakeholders
* Business travel is required
* Experience with marketing automation software, CRM platforms, and graphic design is a plus
* Can-do-attitude and willing to learn new OTA global strategies. Knowledge in the travel industry is a plus
