We are growing and constantly looking for passionate people to join our team. We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to help grow our business. The Senior Marketing Manager will be goal-driven, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. We are looking for someone who is comfortable interacting with the public and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible in a fast-paced environment and calm under pressure. The Senior Marketing Manager will need to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and partners. Responsibilities: You are in charge of stimulating sales growth in our bakeries through a variety of marketing channels including social media and grass roots marketing. This position will build sales by raising awareness of the brand and encouraging new guests to try Fresh Baguette and foster loyalty amongst existing guests to build frequency of visits. As the success of these initiatives is predicated on guests having a great experience in the bakeries, the manager will spend close to 30% of their time in the field to implement the marketing tools as well as inform and encourage Fresh Baguette staff.
