This position is responsible for the strategic development of client marketing planning and communications development, including the implementation of marketing plans and campaign asset development to drive sales for our largest clients. In this role, you will be driving strategy and developing engaging and effective marketing campaigns, in collaboration with sales, merchandising and art directors, as well as culling through industry trends and analytics to identify key insights that drive future action and success.
The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing efforts on key accounts to increase sales, engagement and conversion rates. This person will increase revenue through effective digital and traditional eCommerce marketing, while also providing detailed analytics, trends, insights and recommendations.
Multi-tasking, time-management, creative thinking, attention to detail, presentation skills, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment are imperative.
What you bring to the table:
* Development of SWOT analysis, marketing calendars and campaigns.
* Identify industry opportunities and recommend strategies that align with sales goals and merchandising trends.
* Develop and execute a sales-driving, multi-faceted marketing plan - primarily digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives.
* Collaborate continuously with internal team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of the account, target audiences and marketing goals. Transform your knowledge into effective marketing campaigns that deliver sales-driving results.
* Track results for reporting on each campaign to recommend improvements and strategies for future campaigns in presentations to the client.
* Collaborate with the creative team to produce effective marketing collateral.
* Serve as project manager/lead to navigate marketing initiatives cross-departmentally
What's needed - Basic Qualifications:
* 5-7 years relevant work experience in marketing or related field
* Proficiency in strategic marketing planning and execution
* Project management skills
* Multi-tasking and prioritizing
* Attention to detail
* Writing and proofing skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to clients and communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts
* Self-motivated with a desire to always learn, grow and evolve as a superior marketing professional
What's needed - Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in driving marketing strategies and solutions
* Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
* Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytic software
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising or Communications
* Marketo platform experience and a passion for the technology industry is a plus
