Req Number 142813Job DescriptionResponsible for moderately complex and high-velocity projects, from intake and scoping to timeline management and client engagement. Plans, manages and drives on-time delivery of marketing and communications related programs and projects, managing stakeholders and resources across key functional areas, including creative, digital channels, analytics, production and trafficking.Job ResponsibilityPlans, manages and drives moderately complex and high-velocity projects and programs, ensuring that project initiatives and timelines are met.Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and on-time delivery.Manages stakeholders and resources across key functional areas, including creative, digital channels, analytics, production and trafficking.Supports the refinement and development of new project management processes and drives efficiencies.Assists with intake system process, routing and execution. Regularly exercises independent judgement on matters of significance including selecting methods, techniques for obtaining results, and making recommendations to influence department's strategyRegularly makes recommendations on new processes, tools, and services that can impact multiple projects and other functions. Provides technical guidance and direction to team members, and mentors junior members. Fosters accountability of cross-functional team leaders to resolve project issues and ensure project success.Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to the leadership.Identifies and raises project delivery issues with a goal to seeking resolution.Assists in defining business requirements, understanding team priorities and identifying opportunities to optimize or consolidate deliverables.Reviews copy, layout and proofs for accuracy, adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards, and coordinates team and client approvals of all assets. Makes quick and accurate decisions with limited guidance in a fast-paced and flexible delivery environment, regularly exercising independent judgment on matters of significance including selecting methods, techniques for obtaining results. Provides technical guidance and direction to team members, contractor and vendors; mentors junior members of the Marketing Project Management team.Performs related duties as required.
