Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Sr Marketing Specialist to lead the planning and execution of events while supporting marketing initiatives that enhance LONGi's brand presence in the North America. This role requires expertise in event management, project coordination, and integrated marketing campaigns to deliver impactful and memorable experiences for clients and stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and corporate gatherings.
- Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee registration, travel arrangements, and on-site support.
- Develop detailed project timelines and ensure adherence to budgets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and produce event-related materials, such as signage, presentations, and promotional items.
- Analyze event performance, create post-event reports, and evaluate ROI to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with the digital marketing team to enhance online visibility for events and related initiatives.
- Collaborate with the PR team to expand media outreach for events and other brand activities.
- Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns aligned with LONGi's brand strategy and business objectives.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing-related work experience, with a preference for candidates with knowledge of the solar industry.
- Proven experience managing large trade shows and channel marketing events
- Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Zoho).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple project priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in marketing management and collaboration with diverse, culturally varied teams across multiple locations.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment, effectively managing conflicts and navigating ambiguities.
- Highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office 365, along with strong project management skills.
- Open to up to 30% of domestic travel
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required.
