- Design & Innovate: Create products that meet customer requirements through precise calculations and 3D modeling.
- Collaborate & Troubleshoot: Assist Production and Service teams during product builds and laboratory operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Document & Review: Create and review component and product design/build drawings, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Manage BOMs: Create and maintain assembly Bills of Materials (BOMs) for effective project management.
- Develop Procedures: Establish internal operating procedures and standards to enhance efficiency across teams.
- Support Teams: Collaborate with various departments to assist with their engineering needs and project goals.
What You'll Bring:
- A BS in Mechanical Engineering with 7-10 years of experience in the field.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software like SolidEdge, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
- A solid understanding of mechanical engineering theory and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to design structural assemblies, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle engineering challenges.
- A team-oriented mindset focused on achieving company objectives with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills.
