Senior Mechanical Systems Engineer

A partner of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Mechanical Systems Engineer to join their team. The Senior Mechanical Systems Engineer develops complex and novel mechanical systems related to advanced 3D HI processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manages research projects, including defining and tracking project goals and milestones and supervising of the work of research team members.
• Designs, fabricates, assembles and tests equipment systems.
• Researches and coordinates the procurement of various equipment and sub-systems.
• Compiles reports on costs and inventory levels.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, controls, precision systems engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• 4+ plus years of Semiconductor professional experience in mechanical design or engineering Experience in nanofabrication, precision machine design, mechatronics, systems and controls, instrumentation, or roll-to-roll systems development.
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Permanent Direct Hire Opportunity

Compensation Target $120,000-150,000

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
