A smile, collaborative attitude and positive mindset is what it takes to excel on the MET!The main role of a Member Experience Team member is to effectively educate your guests and members on offerings at O2 Fitness including the Studio classes, Personal Training, Kids Club, Rewards Program and our culture. The goal is to have members and guests leave the club having learned more about how they can take steps towards reaching their fitness goals, the programs O2 Fitness has in place to help them, and the community they are a part of or would be joining as a member.Essential Responsibilities
  • Greet every member and guest with a smile, warm welcome, and answer any questions they have about programs, events, and offerings.
  • Sign guests up for memberships and schedule members for Personal Training orientation and the O2 Fitness Rewards program.
  • Promote the Fast Track to Fitness path for new members to help them set up a plan for their first 45 days. Our goal is for members to have fun, be a part of the fitness community, and work to feel great and see real results.
  • Participate in each Studio class offered and experience the Personal Training orientation session to learn about all offerings at O2 Fitness. Sign up for the rewards program and earn points for O2 Gear when you workout as a team member!
  • Every team member is responsible for assisting the housekeeping team and the cleanliness of the club. Refilling paper products, disinfectant bottles, folding towels and making sure all areas of the club are fully stocked is one of the key responsibilities of the member experience team.
  • At O2 Fitness cleanliness is paramount to a wonderful experience for our members. Every team member at O2 is responsible for cleaning a zone of the club during their shift. The zones will rotate and include: Cardio Equipment, Free Weights, Fitness Floor (including Weight Machines), Turf & All Equipment on the turf, Locker Rooms, The Studios, Personal Training Deck (where applicable), Kids Club and the Atrium.
  • Inventory management of drinks, cooler goods, and protein bars. Merchandising products and keeping the cooler stocked.
