You'll find yourself balancing a dynamic mix of responsibilities-from providing excellent customer service to overseeing technical and administrative tasks.Picture yourself as the connective thread between members, crews, and operations. You'll tackle advanced electric service issues, coordinate service scheduling, process work orders, and ensure that member inquiries are resolved efficiently. As a trusted mentor, you'll train and support colleagues, monitor service quality, and recommend improvements.Although you will have a primary reporting location, supporting our other seven service areas is part of the role, so travel will be required. Adaptability and problem-solving are key as you step in wherever needed-whether responding to emails or assisting dispatch during widespread outages. Teamwork and coordination are at the heart of this role, and you bring a high school education along with customer service experience from any industry.
