Job DescriptionThe Role As a Senior .Net Developer, you will join a team that develops, supports, and enhances our mission-critical applications. You will collaborate with other developers and teams to create new product features, APIs, enhancements, and fixes to handle our current and future scale. Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team to develop, support, and enhance .NET-based solutions.
  • Work closely with the lead developers and business teams to implement features.
  • Write clean, readable, and reusable code, primarily using C#.
  • Debug and test new software or enhancements to existing software.
  • Research, diagnose and troubleshoot user-reported errors, identifying solutions where applicable.
This is a remote work from home role based anywhere in the United States. Qualifications Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of software development experience.
  • Significant experience working with C# and .NET applications.
  • Actuarial or Pension Administration related work experience.
  • Ability to work with business product teams with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working on large software teams using Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming/design, as well as SOLID principles.
  • Experience working with T-SQL and SQL Server.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience working with the following technologies is a plus:
    • Azure DevOps/TFS
    • MSMQ and service bus architectures
    • SignalR
    • Blazor
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React etc.).
  • Knowledge of .NET Core structure and middleware.

Compensation and Benefits (US) Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role. Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is 100,000 - 130,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
