Job Summary The Senior Network Coordinator supports the operations, quality outcomes, contract goals and financial reporting of the Clinically Integrated Network (CIN). This role also provides executive-level project support, ensuring the smooth operation and execution of various projects and administrative tasks within the Network. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: •Coordinate Network quality payments and member invoices. •Assist in preparing financial projections. •Assist in monthly financial audits and month-end close procedures. •Perform financial recording and bookkeeping tasks, including processing accounts payable invoices, completing the PO process, and performing payor reconciliations. •Manage financial reporting for active grants and outreach programs. •Manage project assignments, including gathering data from information systems or leadership within or outside the organization. •Participate in current healthcare initiatives and outreach programs to enhance quality patient outcomes and achieve cost savings. •Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies. •Organize Lunch and Learns, including planning, arranging virtual platforms, supporting speakers, welcoming attendees, recording sessions, and offering CMEs. •Create communication materials such as PowerPoint presentations, educational materials, flyers, announcements, and social media content. •Prepare a social media communication calendar and develop engaging content. •Foster employee engagement by organizing team-building activities and implementing strategies to increase employee satisfaction. •Organize and document Board of Managers meetings, Finance, and Quality Committee meetings, including preparing agendas, confirming attendance, preparation of the venue, taking minutes, and distributing approved minutes. •Provide support with membership roster needs. •Support the planning and execution of the annual conference and other special assignments. •Assist in being a resource, answering questions, and providing information about the Network. •Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed. •Accountable for achieving superior customer service. QUALIFICATIONS •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related fields. •A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required. Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field may be considered in place of experience. •Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. •Creative problem-solving abilities and the ability to initiate and drive actions independently. •Excellent computer literacy, particularly with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. •Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. •Ability to develop engaging and visually appealing materials and strategies. •Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Patient Group Knowledge (Only applies to positions with direct patient contact) The employee must possess/obtain (by the end of the orientation period) and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide developmentally appropriate assessment, treatment or care as defined by the department's identified patient ages. Specifically the employee must be able to demonstrate competency in: 1) ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of patient needs; 2) knowledge of growth and development; and 3) understanding of the range of treatment needed by the patients. Competency Statement Must demonstrate competency through an initial orientation and ongoing competency validation to independently perform tasks and additional duties as specified in the job description and the unit/department specific competency checklist. Perform work in alignment with the overall mission and strategic plan of the organization. 8. Follow organizational and departmental policies and procedures, as applicable. 9. Perform related duties as assigned. Education •Bachelor's Degree (Required) Education: Bachelor's degree should be in Accounting, Business or FinanceExperience: 3-5 years' experience with healthcare delivery systems; physician practices; payers or combination. Knowledge of Managed Care contracting and payor reimbursement methodologies.
