Therap Services - Senior Network Engineer Therap Services, the national leader in online electronic health records and documentation for people with developmental disabilities is seeking an individual to fill the position of Senior Network Engineer. Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, integration, and implementation of engineering teams in building internet-edge and and data center solutions to support the services provided by Therap Services
- Provide vision and strategy for service and/or network enhancements as well as the overall corporate and technology strategy
- Interface with company executives to assure investments in networks are appropriate and compatible with the industry and can scale and adapt as business needs dictate
- To safeguard network systems by creating and applying policies along with monitoring access
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives resulting in increased productivity as well as scalable and efficient processes to support the operational components of the network
- Configure and manage Cisco routing and switching tools for LAN/WAN Networks
- Manage Public Internet and site to site circuits and traffic
- Undertake investigations of data network failure in LAN and WAN surroundings through multiple sources
- Undertake capacity management and audit of IP network structure and hosted equipment within the IT infrastructure
Preferred Skills:
- 15+ years of prior work experience leading network architecture and design teams
- Specific experience related to information security management frameworks and corporate technology governance
- Cisco Certified Network Professional
- BGP Configuration and Management
- Experience in Cisco Routers, Switches, Nexus
- Familiar with Fortinet Fortigate Firewall
- Ability to design, implement, verify and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and enterprise networks
Education: Must have a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a related field.
