This commitment to customer satisfaction has earned us the trust of over 27,000 customers.Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires expertise in network technologies, with a strong focus on Fortinet and Meraki products.Key Responsibilities:· Design and implement scalable network solutions to meet business needs.· Manage and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.· Manage and maintain enterprise DNS and DHCP services.· Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.· Implement security measures to protect the network from potential threats, using Fortinet and Meraki solutions.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and migrations.· Conduct network assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.· Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.· Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance network performance and security.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.· Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.· Required certifications: Fortinet (e.g., FCP or higher) and Meraki (e.g., CMNA).· Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP).· Experience with network security practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.· Experience with network access control systems: Aruba Clearpass or FortiNAC· Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools.· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:· Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.· Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.· Additional certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.· Experience with cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.).Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:· Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
