We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Network Engineer to join our DO&CO Family in New York.
What you'll do:
Ensure the network infrastructure of DO & CO is robust, secure, and efficiently supports the organization's operations. Collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and maintain complex network solutions, ensuring high levels of performance, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot issues, adhere to IT security standards, and continuously drive improvements that align with the company's growth and technological advancements.

Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement, and maintain Cisco Meraki network infrastructure.
* Implement, troubleshoot, monitor, and ensure adherence to IT security standards for network infrastructure.
* Report and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Control costs and assist in budget planning.
* Maintain network documentation and manage changes through change management processes.
* Utilize and manage IP Address Management (IPAM).
* Support incident management
* Collaborate closely with IT infrastructure, IT security, IT architecture, and application management teams on consulting and troubleshooting tasks.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or extensive experience in IT networks.
* Significant experience in administering highly available networks (firewalls, routing, switching, WiFi).
* Experience in administering AWS-based network elements (e.g., VPC, TGW, TGW Attachments, GWLB/Geneve, ALB).
* Experience with networking protocols, including TCP/IP, VLAN, LACP, and QoS.
* Knowledge and experience with dynamic routing protocols such as IBGP4 are a plus.
* Experience with packet-level troubleshooting (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump).
* Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
* Strong analytical and solution-oriented approach.
* Team player with strong self-organization and responsibility.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Process-oriented work approach (ITIL).
