Serve as a dedicated technical representative, providing on-site and remote support to clients. Resolve complex technical issues, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secondary support for the help desk, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct service visits at client locations to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Perform cabling tasks as required.
- Assist in addressing and resolving client complaints.
- Manage and maintain files for new accounts.
- Provide telephone support and assist administrative staff with record keeping.
- Seek out training opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Set clear goals, plan activities, and take on additional responsibilities to contribute to
- professional growth.
Core Competencies:
- Troubleshoot advanced Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange configurations.
- Resolve complex firewall issues.
- Manage server migrations effectively.
- Design, manage, and configure Windows networks and Hyper-V Cluster projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and proficiency in relevant software and services.
