Aging Partners' Personal and Family Services Division is seeking a detail-oriented individual for a responsible clerical position as a Senior Office Assistant - First Service What You'll Do:
  • Provide structured clerical support in an office
  • Provide information to the public in person and on the telephone
  • Type various materials, process routine data entry, and prepare agendas
  • File documents
  • Receive and distribute departmental mail
Supervision is received from an administrative superior with work being reviewed in the form of accuracy, effectiveness, and results achieved. Starting Wage: $18.74/HrWork Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduation from high school or GED
  • Six months of experience in an office setting
