Title: Senior Omni Merchandise Planner

A retail apparel client is looking for a skilled analytical Senior Omni Merchandise Planner to lead forecasting, demand planning and merchandise planning functions.
The Senior Omni Merchandise Demand Planner will be responsible for
- Demand planning and forecasting for item sales, inventory and performance.
- Manage in-store and ecommerce merchandise assortment strategy.
- Utilize data visualization software and build tools within Excel and PowerBi.
- Create financial and business intelligence plans through historical consumer and trend data.
- Present analytics and propose action plans to leadership.
The ideal Senior Omni Merchandise Demand Planner should have
- 3+ years merchandise planning experience including forecasting, demand planning, and sales and inventory analysis.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong analytical skills within systems like Excel, PowerBi, Tableau, SQL, etc.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the business.
- Keen retail math skills will be crucial.
