Job Description: The Senior Operations and Project Manager is a key member of the College's centralized Marketing and Communications team. This role will foster collaboration with departments across campus, gather content, and provide essential marketing and communications support. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with colleagues.
  • Identifying story-telling opportunities and managing requests for MarComm support.
  • Creating centralized systems for project support and information sharing.
  • Planning and executing photos and video shoots across campus.
  • Managing relationships with the MassArt bookstore to produce merchandise.
  • Providing project management for marketing and communications projects.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related area.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of related management experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing software platforms.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
