College degree preferred.* 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience including 5 years of experience in food production.* At least 4 years of experience leading front-line Supervisors.* Leadership skills with a focus on associate development and accountability.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within cross-functional teams.* Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products and ERP/MRP systems.* Experience with 5S and LEAN tools highly preferred.#FeedYourLifePosition Requirements:The physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
